Aerotron:
The aerotron product range is designed to provide a healthy atmosphere in air-conditioned rooms of different size.
Personal health and physical wellbeing are directly related to the quality of air we breathe.
The more the environmental pollution increases, the more the air quality decreases and the direct correlation
between air quality and health gets never more obvious than in those circumstances. It is well known that
closed rooms at work or at home can be areas with special problems:
The air is polluted with:
- Bacteria
- Germs
- Microorganisms
- Toxic substances
- Odours
- Dust particles
- Gases
They either alone or in combination not just generate smell or make the atmosphere stuffy also lead to headaches, tiredness, a general feeling of sickness and can cause skin and eye diseases. These phenomenon have been analyzed and are known as "sick building syndrome".
The aerotron range has been designed specially for fitting into air-conditioning systems and their associated duct system. The air-conditioning and ventilation systems can be upgraded easily, to solve air purification and treatment problems tailored to what is necessary.

Units for installation in ventilation ducts and air conditioning systems with assembly plate, generator housing and
a range of tubes to be fitted in multiples. An integral intensity regulator controls the unit.
aerotron with Remote controller
Units for installation in ventilation ducts and air conditioning systems with assembly plate, generator housing and
a range of tubes to be fitted in multiples based on customer request. Regulated by a separate IR50 intensity
controller. Several units can be controlled by one controller. For larger projects or application, customized
units can be made available, designed to meet the customer requirements. Based on customer information, the
bioclimatic team will work out an ideal equipment configuration.
How does it function?
The units exploit a natural process: air purification by micro oxidation. Neutral oxygen molecules are negatively
and positively charged by the corona dischargement in special ionisation tubes (bipolar ionisation). This process
generates ions with a very high energy potential which then neutralizes bacteria, germs and odours.
Sophisticated technology
The unique bioclimatic charging tube guarantees high level of efficiency and is completely reliable even under the
heaviest of loads during continuous operation. To purify strongly polluted air, silver coated tubes are available.
The integral controller or the remote central controller allows choosing between several operating levels to match
the ambient conditions.
Effective installation
Air purification systems can be built into ventilation ducts to meet precisely the air conditioning specification.
Simple installation at selected locations guarantee optimum efficiency for ventilation, air conditioning and
purification. Existing air conditioning units can be adjusted or converted.
